Cryptocurrency Payments
In this guide, we will provide information on how to pay with cryptocurrency. Our cryptocurrency payment gateway supports a wide variety of cryptocurrencies, including but not limited to:
Directly Supported Coins
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Dogecoin (DOGE)
- Litecoin (LTC)
Indirectly Supported Coins
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Tether (USDT)
- Ripple (XRP)
- Cardano (ADA)
- Solana (SOL)
- Polkadot (DOT)
For transactions involving indirectly supported coins via the Trocador exchange plugin, there is a minimum amount requirement. The minimum amount for a transaction is approximately 10 USD/EUR. If your invoice is below this amount, the payment gateway will display an error message. In this scenario, we recommend that you add funds to your Ultra account credit balance. Detailed instructions on how to add funds can be found here.
Once you have added funds to your credit balance, it will be used to automatically pay any invoice that is generated. It is therefore a good idea to add an amount that covers multiple future invoices, as it will save you the trouble of making regular payments and be more economical in terms of less transaction fees.
