  • If you have any questions about our services, please don’t hesitate to ask us through our Official Support Ticket System.
  • If you attempt to resolve issues with Support staff and you feel that the products you purchased do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right through this policy.

UltraSeedbox offers a 7-dayprorated moneyrefund backto policy.all new clients within seven days from the purchase of your first slot. You can orderpurchase any of our servicesplans to test it out, and useif itthat asdoes anot test,satisfy your needs, you can cancel ityour withinslot theand send us a ticket to get your refund.

    Our refund policy is in place asallowed a means to test our service. Any NEW client, one that has not previously had a service with us before, is entitled to a pro-rataone-time refund of theirone serviceEssential ifPlan, appliedone forxStream plan, and one Bolt NVME plan. These are counted within theseven days of purchasing your first sevenslot.

Pro-rataRefund Calculation

All of our refunds are pro-rata,calculated toon you,a thisprorated basis. This means in the case of a refund,that you only pay what you’ve used.used, Wewhich willis billyour youtraffic onlyusage.

  • Traffic usage below 95% is considered for thea full refund.
  • Above 95% traffic used orusage, the number of days you have had your account for. Refundsrefund will be calculated basedon a pro-rata basis.
  • If you purchased a slot with billing cycles of quarterly or annually, you would be refunded for the remaining months of your purchase.

Requesting a Refund

  1. To start with the refund process, you must cancel your slot. To do this, login to your Client Area, then go to Services>My Services>Product/Service>Request Cancellation and whateverchoose Immediate. We’d love to know what went wrong and how to improve, so please provide us your feedback on the next screen.
  2. Open a Support Ticket to contact us for your refund.

Exceptions for Refund

  • Payments using Coinbase (cryptocurrencies) are strictly not refundable.
  • Traffic Addons
  • Overpayments
  • Any user that violates our Terms of Service.

PayPal Subscriptions and Overpayments

UltraSeedbox cannot manage your PayPal subscriptions on your behalf at any stage of service and is usedyour moresole time or traffic. Since few plans are unmetered and we want to prevent abuse, in case of refunds we will use 10TB traffic as a base for refund calculations. Refund of Seedbox plans that do not have unmetered traffic will be according to the traffic allocated.

Since NVME plans are capable of using very high traffic in limited time, a refund will be processed by taking 15% of the allotted upload bandwidth or the traffic you've used, whichever one is higher as a base for refund calculations.

Addons

Under no circumstance, in part or in whole are add-ons refundable or exchangeable

Cancellations

Any time.overpayment(s) Toon cancel a service a cancellation request must be made from the Client Portal. We offer two options; immediate cancellation and to cancel at the end of the billing period. If immediate cancellation is selected, the slot will be terminated and wiped shortly after the request. If immediate cancellation was selected by mistake weservice(s) are unable to guarantee that any data will be recoverable. If cancellation at end of the billing period is selected the slot will be terminatednon-refundable and wiped at the end of the billing period. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all active PayPal recurring payments are canceled.

Subscriptions and Overpayments

PayPal subscriptions are the sole responsibility of the client to manage. We are unable to cancel these on a client’s behalf and as a result, require the client to cancel any unneeded ones when they cancel or upgrade a service with us, we also require the client to keep track of any set up subscriptions to avoid overpayment due to duplicate payments. Any overpayments on our services will be added to theyour relevant UltraseedboxUltraSeedbox account andcredit, which can be accessed and used as credit on future invoices/services, these overpayments are non-refundable.services.

Chargebacks and& PayPal Disputes

When opening a service with usus, clientsyou agree to contact us first regarding any issues. The use of a PayPal dispute or a chargeback to forcibly revoke funding from us is considered a violation of our TOS.Terms of Service.

Any clientsclient who commitcommits either of these actions will be blacklisted from usingthe anypurchasing and usage of our services with us in the future.

Like we have outlined above, please give us a chance to fix or make it right first. If this is not possible or you're sure, then please first submit a cancellation request under services in my.ultraseedbox.com.
