Service Level Agreement

This policy is an informal agreement that explains to you on how we handle certain situations during your time with us.

Fair Use of Server Resources

Our services run on shared resources. As a result, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their activities do not negatively impact other client’s experiences and are kept within acceptable limitations.

UltraSeedbox may stop, without warning, any applications that are negatively affecting other clients. In extreme scenarios where clients are negatively affecting other clients, the client’s slot may be suspended or terminated.

Downtime, Maintenance and Compensation

Any scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through our official channels, with pertinent details. For this, clients that are affected will not be compensated.

Emergency maintenance, such as hardware failures, will also be announced appropriately and clients affected are compensated. UltraSeebox reserves the right to alter the approach to downtime compensation on a server/situational basis.

User Data and Data Loss

We do not have any redundancy or backups on our servers, save for our boot drives. You are responsible for independent backup of data stored on UltraSeedbox’s servers. Ultraseedbox shall never be held liable for failure to recover data in the event of any sort of failure, and shall never be held accountable financially or otherwise for loss of data.

Human deletion of data will also not be compensated. We provide a number of tools that are capable of deleting content, if you find data missing but there is no evidence of corruption it will be assumed to be a human error on your behalf.
