Maintainerr
Maintainerr is a lightweight dashboard used to monitor and manage multiple media-related applications in one place. It provides an overview of service availability, log access, and simple connectivity checks for tools like Plex, Overseerr, Jellyseerr, Radarr, Sonarr, and Tautulli. This guide explains how to install Maintainerr and configure it to connect with your applications. Prerequisites
- Having Plex installed on your Ultra service.
- API keys or tokens for each app you want to integrate.
Initial Setup
- From your User Control Panel, go to the Installers tab and find Maintainerr in the list.
- Click the Install button, set a strong password and wait until the installation has been completed.
Configuration
- After the installation, access the webUI of Maintainerr from the Apps tab on the UCP.
- Once logged in, you should automatically be redirected to the Plex Settings tab, where you can proceed to connect to your Plex server, as instructed below.
Connect to Plex
Maintainerr requires a Plex connection before any other features can be used. This step allows the dashboard to authenticate and interact with your Plex server.
- Click Authenticate with Plex to open the login prompt. This button can be found in the in the Plex tab under Settings.
- If prompted with a browser security alert, click Log In to continue.
- If the authentication window displays the Maintainerr UI instead of Plex, close it and retry the login.
- Once authenticated, click the 1 Refresh icon next to the server dropdown.
- Click 2 Manual configuration.
- Select the server entry labeled 3
[local] [secure]
.
- Click Save Changes, refresh the page, then click Test Saved to see if everything was configured correctly.
- Note: the Test Saved button will only test the connection after the changes are saved.
Connect to Overseerr

Connect to Jellyseerr
Hostname or IP: {Jellyseerr URL as shown in the UCP's Apps tab}

View Logs and Jobs
These tools allow quick troubleshooting and monitoring from a single interface.
- The Logs tab provides direct access to system logs from connected applications.
- The Jobs tab displays running or completed scheduled tasks, such as media scans or downloads.
